**NOTE** The following policy only applies to purchases made directly from us on Warstic.com, our official Amazon Shop, or the Warstic Flagship Store in Dallas. Warstic items purchased through a third-party retailer or dealer can only be returned or exchanged through that retailer, in accordance with their policy.
Any warranty claim on metal and wood bats purchased from third-party retailer requires proof of purchase.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return UNUSED items within thirty (30) days from the day you receive your purchase/date of receipt. Please CLICK HERE to begin the return process.
For USED metal bats -We offer a 21 day demo period to try your metal bat:
- *All* new or used metal baseball or softball bat returns made within 21 days of receiving the bat are eligible for an exchange, store credit or refund. You must CONTACT US on or before day 21 to start the return process. Unless you are processing an exchange or store credit, a $10 processing fee will be deducted from your refund for return shipping. *Clearance / Final Sale bats are excluded from participating in the 21 day demo period
Used bats are no longer eligible for return after the 21st day of it being in your possession. We consider Day 1 of the bat entering your possession to be the day the bat delivery tracking shows it as “Delivered”, bats purchased in-store will be considered in your possession from date of purchase.
Credit cards used to place your order will be refunded within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be for the amount you paid for the product(s) at the time of purchase and reflect any discounts applied to the order. We do not refund the original shipping charge.
**NOTE** We reserve the right to refuse a refund if this policy is abused. Examples of abuse include ordering more than one bat for demo purposes (i.e. ordering a Hawk2, Gunner and Bonesaber in the same size, or same bat in multiple sizes), then keeping one bat and returning the others. If we suspect this is the case, we will only offer a 50% refund on returned bats.
See Warranty information below concerning metal bat returns in the event that there is a manufacturing defect. CONTACT US if you feel there is an issue with the bat you purchased and we will process a replacement.
